Why Duality Exists: A Mathematical Expression of Dimension

Dimensions are nothing but mathematical constructs. Witness that the 2nd dimension ( a surface) is describe by it length and width (L x W).  The 3rd dimension (a solid) is defined by it length, width and height (L x W x H)  If each unit is the same in these mathematic equations, the dimensions becomes  that unit to the exponent of the dimension.  2nd dimension is Y²  (Y x Y). 3rd dimension is Y³ (Y x Y x Y).  Naturally the rest of the dimensions are the same: 4th dimension is Y⁴ (Y x Y x Y) and the 5th dimension is Y⁵ ( Y x Y x Y x Y x Y) and so on.

Why are we doing this? Why look at this and draw out these mathematical constants? What purpose could it possible have?

We are looking at the process from the 2nd dimension to the 3rd dimension. To understand other dimensions,the process is THE SAME. It may be difficult to comprehend the 4th dimension, 5th dimension or the 26th dimension (according to physicist there are 26 know dimensions). However it is easy to understand the 2nd and 3rd dimension.  This gives us insight into other dimensions (worlds, vibratory planes or realms).

The picture above shows the difference between the Square Root of Two and the Square Root of Three...visually! One goes through a square the other goes through a cube. Another way to look at this phenomenon of dimension is to think of your body as 3D but the shadow that is cast or reflected on the ground by light is 2D. 

The diagonal of a square which exists in two dimensions  is the Square Root of Two.  The diagonal of a cube which exists in three dimension  is the Square Root of Three.  Therefore the diagonal of something that exists in the 4th dimension is the Square Root of Four. But the Square Root of Four is the number 2.  Thus we have arrived at why this world has a presence of duality. 

The duality of this world is nothing but the reflection from the 4th dimension.  To understand the polarity of this world, why it exists and why it must be so, realize that they are reflections from higher sources.  Thus is the beginning to understanding our universe and why its important to realize that all that you see or feel is not all that exists.  There are higher faculties and forces affecting and effecting our world. To understand them you must understand higher things.

How appropriate.  In just a few hours a Total Eclipse of the Moon will take place.  This means of course that the moon will be full and that the path of the moon will pass in the earth’s shadow.  The last Total Lunar Eclipse was about 3 years ago.  There is no debate that the affect of an eclipse is powerful but subtle.  If you are caught up in the mundane things of the world and don’t spend any time traveling and journeying within yourself, then you probably won’t even notice anything special.  But those who “travel in foreign lands” will feel this special time.  It’s extra special because it is taking place right at the beginning of the Winter Solstice.  This hasn’t happened since 1554 AD.  Why is this all so special (especially to Master Masons)?

Well, let me break it down for you.  Sun = spirit.  Moon = soul.  Earth = body.  As MMs, we should already be aware of the obvious:  the Moon has no light but it reflects the light of the Sun.  The Moon also affects water (emotions).  Thus our souls (Moon) reflects wisdom/knowledge/understanding (light) from our spirits (Sun), while also being responsible for our emotions (water).  When the moon is full, it is reflecting the maximum possible light.  All though the moon can be seen during the day during other moon phase, a full moon can only be seen after the Sun sets (obviously because they are opposite each other).

Now is appropriate to explain day and night symbolism.  “As the sun rules the day and the moon governs the night….: is a Masonic statement that often escapes true understanding and meaning.  “Day” means your waking consciousness. Night means your subconscious.  The sun ruling the day, refers to the spirit having dominion over the consciousness.  The moon governing the night refers to the soul having dominion over the sub consciousness.

Therefore, full moons are special to the psyche of humans because it is a time when the spirit/conscious and soul/subconscious are basking in each other’s glory.  It’s a time when the consciousness can very easily delve into the subconscious, because they are directly opposite each other.  Many people, animals, hospitals and police departments around the world know how people act different during the full moon.  Mystics have known for a long time that a full moon is an appropriate time to work on their sub conscious directly via their consciousness.

The specialness of a Total Lunar Eclipse is that the earth will pass between this monthly reunion of “fullness” between the Sun and the Moon.  Let me restate that this way:  your body will pass between your spirit and your soul.  In other words, your body will temporary “block” the return reflected light from the moon.Your conscious can examine your subconscious in a meditative or dream state without any interference from your subconscious.  This is helpful because it will allow you to examine self in a unique way.

The full moon that will happen tomorrow December 21, 2010 at 12:32 AM CST is a very special and powerful time to do this because it is also the Winter Solstice.   I can’t begin to tell you the reverence for the Winter Solstice among all religions.  Our Christmas, the Pagan Yule and the Jewish Hanukah are all celebrations that actually celebrate the Winter Solstice.  As Master Masons,  “Riding the Goat” during the Third Degree of Freemasonry is all about the Winter Solstice.  “Riding the Goat” actually refers to the fact that the Sun enters the “goat” constellation of Capricorn as we Mason’s re-enact the dying Sun God that has been slain awaiting to be resurrected 3 days later as the Sun comes back to life and starts to move forward.  This is KEY to understanding not only Freemasonry, but all religions.  The dying God represents the alchemical process of self improvement. It is the lower half of man that needs to die in order for the spirit of God to resurrect with in him  The Third Degree of Freemasonry is about using our working tools (which I will collectively call our conscious) to build a structure with a foundation (our subconscious). 

If these are the things that you subscribe to and you want to do a little self improvement or even manifestations, then this Total Eclipse is just too good to pass up.

Octave of Creation

It’s been a while since I dropped anything upon you.  I wanted to give you a breather.  If you have read my past post then you undoubtedly know about the repetition of the number seven, throughout the Bible, other religious texts and systems and etc.  That was only a preparation for the eight step.  Some of you read what I post with disbelief and disconcertment. Others read and are starting to have SELF realization.  This is for the both of you.  This is of course long.  If you can stay with it, you will see how this number connects all systems of learning, including God’s Sciences of Chemistry & Biology.   It even occurs on the atomic level, aligning all matter.  Why?  Because of a secret.  A secret so vast and deep that it literally is right under your nose.  A secret that will open up the universe to you and in you.  A secret that the church uses but does not want you to know.  Although, I have been the subject of many accusations, I post this for you.  I give this out of all the universal love in my heart because I want you to know.  Do Ra Mi Fa So La Ti Do And now:.

The Octave of Creation

The octagenic Stone of the alchemists being glimpsed by modern people is part of the fundamental matrix of reality described in the Emerald Tablet and represents an archetypal template from which diverse modern mystical and religious symbols have emerged.  How did the ancients view the Stone?  The Egyptian Octad, or eight qualities of creation, were worshipped in the temples of Hermopolis, where Thoth was regarded as the head of the Group of Eight and was responsible for enabling them to come into existence.  Thoth is also credited with inventing the musical octave and embedding it in the mathematics of the universe.  The sacred name of Hermopolis, Khemenu, means the City of Eight, and is possibly the origin of our word alchemy.  According to the ancient Egyptian papyri, the ultimate act of creation was the Eighth, which returned directly to the One: I am the One that transforms into Two; I am the Two that transforms into Four; I am the Four that transforms into Eight; After this am I One again.  We now recognize this ancient sequence as the dance of life itself.  In the division of every human cell, a process known as mitosis takes place that involves a sequence of the Seven Steps of Transformation resulting in an equal dividing of genetic material, and in the Eight Step, the creation of a new cell.

In ancient Chinese cosmology, the Great Flood was caused by the powers of Eight, and it became known as the Holy Number.  Chinese philosophers also spoke of the Eight Winds of creation and tied them to the eight trigrams of the I Ching from which all possible combinations of reality can be derived.  These forces were alternatively expressed as the Eight Pillars that held up the canopy of heaven (Freemasons take note-JLove) and the Eight Gates of the rains.  Many Tibetan mandalas are geometric patterns generated by the number eight, and the popular system of Feng Shui is based on the octagon.  Chinese alchemy produced the Eight Immortals, who together symbolize the properties of the Elixir.  Like the Eight Precious Items of Confucius, Buddhism has its Eightfold Way, yoga its Eightfold Path, Sufism its Eight Sentences of the Path of Junayd, and Christianity the Eight Beatitudes of Christian service given by Christ in his Sermon on the Mount.  The guidelines of modern worship are sill filtered through the Egyptian Group of Eight.  We find the same hidden Octad in the eight-spoked Wheel of Dharma and throughout the life of Buddha.  Born on April 8 or May 8, 560 B.C.E.., his birth was attended by eight priests, and after Buddha died on December 8, 480 B.C.E. at the age of 80, his ashes were divided into eight portions and given to eight tribal chiefs.  In other Eastern religions, the Octad is represented in the 108 names of the goddess or in all the 88,000 chakras in human body.  (There are seven main chakras that correspond to your 7 endocrine glands and a secret 8 main chakra that connects to your astral body & higher self- JLove)

            The supreme Babylonian god hid in a darkened room on the eighth floor of their temples.  In the Mithraic mysteries, there exists an unspoken Eight Gate known as the Mountain of Transubstantiation that leads to a luminous realm beyond the seven major gates of initiation.  According to Muslim belief, there are seven hells and eight heavens, which can be seen in the eightfold layout of gardens and books in Iran and Muslim India.  The magnificent octagonal Tower of the Winds built by the Athenians is another example of the Eight Winds that determine total reality, and the final act in the Eleusinian Mysteries came on the sacred eighth day.  The horse of the god Wodan, who is considered the German counterpart of Hermes, has eight legs, and in other cultures around the world, an eight-legged horse carries shamans on their journey to the Other Side.  Eight-spoked medicine wheels are how Native Americans mark sacred places of outdoor worship.

            In Judaism, the Feast of the Tabernacles is on the eighth day.  Eight people were saved from the Flood, and the archetypal city Jerusalem has eight gates although the Bible speaks of a New Jerusalem that is the perfected Stone of the alchemists.  In Christianity, the eighth day of the Passion is when Christ’s resurrection took place, an even known as the Eighth Day of Creation.  This sacred geometry is incorporated into octagonal pulpits, fountains, baptismal fonts, and in church architecture.  (Yes, look at the big churches in your city and see what the Freemasons have built through sacred geometry-JLove) Eight are the temple’s walls, wrote the Bishop of Milan (St. Ambrose) in De Bono Mortis (On the Goodness of Death, 380 C.E.).  Oh number worthy of holy actions performed at the spot!  Eight are the walls of the font, mystical shape that covers the rites of the Water”rites for the saving of man”mystical number of Eight.

            Early Christian theologians taught that there were seven levels to heaven, but the highest was with God on the eighth.  The Gnostics also believed in a God of eight parts”four pairs of opposing qualities.  In the Near East, the fertility goddess Ishtar was symbolized by an eight-pointed star, which in early Christianity was appropriated to represent the Virgin Mary.  In the Catholic alpine nations, her symbol, even today, is the white, eight-pointed Edelweiss flower.

            If we look into the metamathematics of the number eight, we see more auspicious signs of its sacred power.  Gernot of Rechersber, medieval German philosopher, said: Eight, as the first perfect cube [2³], imprints us in body and soul with the security of eternal beatitude.  The Greeks knew that the square of any odd number above one is a multiple of eight plus one (3 squared = 9 = 8 +1; 5 squared = 25 = 24 (3x8) + 1; 11 squared = 121 = 120 (15x8) + 1; 137 squared = 18769 = 18768 (2346x8) + 1---JLove), thus confirming ins esoteric math the Egyptian Octad plus Thoth.  Architecturally, the octagon serves as the transition from the square to the circle, which was its same function in the alchemical Squaring of the Circle, and connotes the transition from the earthly to the heavenly, the rational to the irrational.  (Study the difference between rational numbers & irrational numbers”JLove)  The numerical name of the Devil is Thrice Greatest Six (666), while that of Jesus is Thrice Greatest Eight (888), yet the two numbers are related.  The octahedron is a three-dimensional figure with eight planes that resembles a diamond shape (or two pyramids joined at their bases), but when the octahedron is projected into two-dimensional space, it is seen as a six-sided figure, the hexagon. (The hexagon is also found if you draw a cube in two-dimensional space.  The Hebrew Star of David is a cube in 2 dimensions, just finish connecting the dots.  Study the platonic solids of the cube and octahedron.  Cube has 12 edges, 6 faces and 8 vertices while the Octahedron has 12 edges 8 faces and 6 vertices.  Also, in sacred geometry Jesus is expressed as the square root of 3  and illusion or devil is expressed as the square root of 2 . God the infinite is expressed as Phi---JLove)  Eight is considered an auspicious number even in modern times.  In depth psychology, eight is the number of individuation, it represents the wholeness of the personality, and it is generally considered a number of good fortune.  On August 8, 1988 (Believe it or not, this is the day that I decided I would pledge Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. right before coming back for the Fall semester @ UT”JLove), there was a remarkably high number of marriages in many countries, and so many people played numbers containing eight that some lotteries refused to take any more bets that day.  It was also the date of a powerful Harmonic Convergence on the planet in which tens of thousands of people took time to gather in positive meditation.  Harmony itself is an expression of the musical octave, which shows itself even in the smallest unit of matter.  It is known that every atom strives to combine with other atoms in patterns that will give it a complete component of eight electrons in its outermost shell.  In today’s Periodic Table of Elements, all known elements are arranged according to their atomic weights and naturally fall into eight categories of similar properties, and all of material reality is expressed in just seven rows of eight elements.  (For those of you who actually read this, please remember this information since I will refer back to it in the future when I post information on the PHILOSOPHER’S STONE”JLove)

            The Octad keeps recurring in our reality because it is a fundamental archetype on all levels of creation.  Physically, psychologically, and spiritually, the number Eight drives the hidden processes of transformation.  The secret Eight was a basic component of Hermetic doctrine since the beginning and has been openly incorporated into a number of esoteric disciplines.  The spiritual Work founded by Russian Georg Gurdjieff centers around his Law of Octaves.  The octave is indeed the basic vibration of the whole universe, from the music of the spheres (The planets make a noise as they travel in their orbits.  This noise can be heard in deep meditative states.  Don’t believe me.  Google Music of the Spheres.-JLove) to the music that resonated below in human beings.  On the average, the voices of men, women, and children vary from one another in whole octaves, and much of the phenomena around us can be interpreted in terms of the vibrations of the seven tones of the musical scale.  Alternatively, Gurdjief called his rule the Law of Seven and recognized that the universal Seven Steps of Transformation always result in a new level of creation that is the Eighth.  The Eight step is a second beginning, sometimes even a Second Body (Jesus ansered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.”John 3:5 JLove), organized on a higher level (or Octave) that represents the fulfillment of what the previous Seven Steps had prepared.

Ancient Mathematics: Ya’ll Give the devil Way Too Much Power

Ancient mathematics postulates that 1 plus 1 is NOT 2. 

Huh?  That doesn’t make any sense. 

Well, to the learned, 1 plus 1 equals 2 didn’t make sense to them. 

You see with the invention of the cypher (zero) being placed before the number 1, a new concept was created. 

The cypher was until that time used as a holding place for digits that had no value.  For example in the number 101 you have 1 as the digit value for hundreds, cypher (zero) as the digit value for tens and 1 as the digit value for ones.  This is how the cypher was used.  Placing it before the number one is not only a relatively “new” mathematical concept, it also change religious thought since religion and mathematics originally were the same thing (that topic is for another article).

You see mathematics was an expression of form (seen and unseen) to the ancients.  Numbers represented not only physical reality but also spiritual expression and the placing of zero before the number one has change how we think and what we believe dramatically.  Zero before one gave creation to the concept of negative numbers.  A negative number was irrational to the ancient mind of concept and religion.  They would have asked the question “how can you have a negative amount of anything?” and “ how can God have an equal opposite?”.

These negative numbers by definition negate all other numbers making the resulting sum of their product  to equal zero. 1 plus -1 equals 0, 2 plus -2 equals 0, 3 plus -3 equals 0...etc.  The religious numerical teaching of the past taught that the number one was supreme, eternal, indivisible and incorruptible.  Thus GOD was understood as ONE.  There can be only one GOD....there can be only one ONE.  Therefore, ONE plus ONE is ONE... ONE GOD....NOT TWO GODS....

The placement of the Cypher (Zero) before one gave concept to the devil or an equal and opposite of God that when added to God (-1 plus 1) equals NIL or nothing.  Since the placement of zero before one, GOD (1) has been seen to have an equal and opposite called the devil (-1). It doesn't matter if you call your God Jesus, Yahweh or Allah, the MOST HIGH does NOT have an equal and opposite being. 

This point relates to religion in this manner:  there is only ONE GOD and everything flows from GOD.  Good, bad, righteousness and evil.  They all come from ONE point.  ONE source. 

So next time you are confronted with evil or negativism...understand that THAT IS AN ILLUSION.  Use love on evil and the devil.  Love will help dispel the illusion so you can really see what God is trying to communicate to you. 

Like I said.....Ya'll giving the devil way too much power.  And that's the only power that the devil has:  the power that you give him.  Otherwise he's helpless with no strength or foothold.

Bruce Cathie's figure of 144,000 minutes of arc per second for the speed of light is even more revealing. if e=mC2, then when e moves across Einstein's equation, becoming m, the mathematical 'sign' (the predisposition of the mass) must be equal and opposite (a simple rule of algebra). This is to say that if God threw away plus 5 volts of positive energy, this would convert to minus 5 volts of mass. "Voltage levels are used here simply to accommodate an explanation of the principles involved.) The mass would always be attracted back to God because of the attracting nature of opposite polarities (just like north magnetic pole attracts south magnetic pole). This is why people throughout history have sought God. This means that if God is good (positive), mass must be bad (negative). Which means the physical world, and everything in it, must be bad, which means that this physical world we find ourselves in is actually hell.

That this is so is supported by Cathie's figure of 144,000: 144,000 minutes of arc equals 6.66 revolutions of the earth. This means simply that light travels 6.66 times around the earth in one second (144,000 divided by 60 minutes divided by 360 degrees equals 6.66 revolutions). Which confirms that the earth, and everything on it (the physical world), must be the devil, the beast. 666 is the 'beast', spoken of by St. John in Revelation, by Lord Pacal in the decoded Lid of Palenque, and by Tutankhamun in the treasures of his tomb. This means that the body is the devil, 666, and God, the soul, is light (144,000)

Mathematics of God

Does it need explanation? 

Not contemplating biologically or genetically, but geometrically.  Tetrahedrons, Pentagons. Squares. Circles.

Ecliptic vs Equator

The ecliptic  (which appears tilted in the picture) is orientated toward the Milky Way galaxy and is considered the Galactic Horizon.  The Zodiac follows the ecliptic.  You should see the familiar constellations of the zodiac along that line.    The Equator (which appears level in the picture) is tilted with respect to the Milky Way about 23 degrees.  The Celestial Equator is just the earth’s equator extended into space.  You should see the familiar constellation Orion on the Equator.  This constellation is most easily recognizable because of the fact that it is on the Celestial Equator and we can see it readily from planet earth.

Secret of Manifestation

Here is the secret to manifesting everything.  Contemplate the figure and understand how object come into being.

This is how planets appear to move backwards.  Retrograde can cause the influence to work in an unusual manner…or “backwards”.

Are you a true Master Mason? You may have the three degrees of Blue Lodge Masonry, but are you a true Master Mason? A true Master Mason is a Master of Self. However, you can’t be a master of self. Only the LORD can be a master of your(self). You must allow the GMOTU into your hearts.

This is the message that the symbols of Masonry, ancient mysteries and all religions repeat to us.

These emblems upon the alter tells us the same. The Square creates squares which are symbolic of matter or the material world. ┌ ═ ║The Compasses creates circles which are symbolic of energy or the spiritual world. ○

The position of the Square & Compasses throughout the three degrees of masonry shows the path of man. In the 1°, spirit is behind the matter. The matter may not acknowledge the spirit, but it is there. In the 2°, spirit and matter operate in duality together. But duality means there is an oscillation (back and forth) between the two. In the 3°, spirit fully dominates (root is Latin meaning LORD or Tetragrammaton) matter. Spirit has dominion (root is Latin meaning LORD or Tetragrammaton) over matter in ways matter cannot comprehend. (Remember that the hieroglyphic seen within the Middle Chamber alludes to the Tetragrammaton.)

The circle, again, means the spiritual realm, unity and 1. The square, again, means the material realm, duality and 2. Duality is a mosaic pavement (ground floor) of opposites such as hot and cold, up and down, male and female, good and evil. But the GMOTU understands all these opposites as unity or 1. Now for a slight shift.

I don’t mind if my brother drinks, smokes and has sex if he does it with the Most High in mind and heart. You see the GAOTU created everything in the universe including drinking, smoking and having sex. Please understand, I am not encouraging or discouraging my brothers to do these things. I am just trying to prove a point. How can you do these things in absence of the All Seeing Eye and thus the Most High? YOU CAN’T!

That’s what our symbols tell us. There is nothing that you do, say or think that is not with the GMOTU.

To my Christian brothers, I love Jesus Christ! But I ask you to step outside of your Christianity for a moment. Masonry is not Christianity. Christianity is Masonry. It is incorrect to understand Masonic symbols in Christian terms; Christian symbols should be understood by Masonic terms. Think about it. Our symbols that are derived from geometry go back to King Solomon, far beyond the beginning of the teachings of Christ. And of course, Geometry is older than both, as it is what the GGOTU used to lay the foundation of the inner workings of the universe.

Jesus Christ is often called a Jewish carpenter. HE WAS NOT! The mistranslation of carpenter should be craftsman. He was a craftsman. Most buildings and structures 2000 years ago in Israel were not made of wood. They were made of stone. Jesus Christ was a mason. His lodge was the Essenes, not the Pharisees or the Sadducees.

Christ’s message is that the “kingdom of heaven is within”. Is this not the same that our symbols communicate to us? If you want to understand more of what Master Mason Christ was talking about, if you want to understand how to live spiritually in a material world then count from 2 to 1 and study the Masonic symbols within your(self).

A Masonic Allegory Part I The Death of the Sun

 

When down the zodiacal arch

The summer sun resumes his march,

Descending from the summit high

With eager step he hastens by

The "lordly lion" of July

And clasps the virgin in his arms.

Through all the golden August days

The sun the ardent lover plays,

A captive to her dazzling charms.

But when the harvest time is o'er,

When they gathered grapes perfume the air

And ruddy wine begins to pour,

The god resumes his way once more;

And, weeping in her wild despair,

He leaves the royal virgin there.

What cares he now for Virgo's woes,

As down the starry path he goes

With scornful step, until, at last,

The equinoctial gate is passed?

Two misty columns black with storms,

While overhead there hangs between

A lurid thunder cloud, which forms

The frowning archway of the gate--

The gloomy equinoctial gate,

An evil place for travelers late,

Where envious Libra lurks unseen;

And near the portal lies in wait

September, filled with deadly hate.

Where fell October ambushed lies.

The Sun, as if he scorned his foes,

In pride and glory onward goes.

Not he from deadly Scorpio flies,

Nor pauses he, nor backward turns,

Though redder yet Antares burns,

And darker yet his pathway grows.

Meanwhile October, from his lair,

On Phoebus rushes unaware,

His murderous purpose now confessed,

And smites the sun-god in the breast,

A ghastly wound the villain makes--

With horrid joy his weapon shakes;

And, as he sees the god depart,

His hand upon his bosom pressed,

Believes the blow has reached the heart.

Along his way the sun-god goes,

Unmindful where the path may lead,

While from his breast the life-blood flows.

The clouds around him gather now,

The crown of light fades from his brow.

And soon, advancing 'mid the night,

The Archer on his pallid steed,

With bended bow, appears in sight.

November, bolder than the rest,

Hides not behind the gloomy west:

But, striding right across the path,

Defies the god and scorns his wrath;

And, raising high his frowning crest,

These haughty words to him addressed:

"September and October, both,

You have escaped and still survive;

But I have sworn a deadly oath,

By me you cannot pass alive.

That which I promise I perform.

For I am he who, 'mid the storm,

Rides on the pallid horse of death."

While even thus the spectre spoke,

He drew his arrow to the head--

The god received the fatal stroke,

And at the Archer's feet feel dead.

Soon as the sun's expiring breath

Had vanished in the ether dim,

December came and looked on him;

And looking, not a word he saith,

But o'er the dead doth gently throw

A spangled winding sheet of snow.

And when the winding sheet was placed,

Comes evil Janus, double-faced,

A monster like those seen in sleep.

An old "seafaring man" is he,

As many others understand,

Who carries water from the deep

And pours it out upon the land.

Now February next appears,

With frozen locks and icy tears,

A specter cruel, cold, and dumb,

From polar regions newly come.

These three by turns the body bear

At night along the west, to where

A flickering gleam above the snows

A dim electric radiance throws,

A nebular magnetic light,

Which, flashing upward through the night,

Reveals the vernal equinox,

And him whose potent spell unlocks

The gates of spring.

An evergreen

Close by this spot is blooming seen.

'Tis there they halt amid the snow--

Unlawful 'tis to go farther go--

And, having left their burden there,

They vanish in the midnight air.

Will this same evil three appear,

And bring along amid the gloom

Another body for the tomb

But still the evergreen shall wave

Above the dark and dismal grave,

For ever there a token sure

That, long as Nature shall endure,

Despite of all the wicked powers

That rule the wintry midnight hours,

The sun shall from the grave arise,

And tread again the summer skies.

The Sublime Degree of Master Mason

The third degree of masonry is referred to as the sublime degree of Master Mason. Sublime is the adjective form of the noun sublimation. Sublimation is a chemical process of transforming a substance from a solid directly to a gaseous state without that substance passing through its liquid state.

The ancients revered the four “elements” of earth, water, air and fire. These symbolic elements, they believed, made up the composition of all physical matter. In a chemical sense their belief can be found to be true, because these symbols represent the chemical states of matter. Earth is the solid state. Water is the liquid state. Air is the gaseous state. Fire is the energy state. All matter can be transformed into a solid, liquid or gas, provided enough heat (energy) is applied.

These symbols have another meaning, too. Earth (solid) is a representation of the body. Air (gas) is a representation of spirit. Water (liquid) is a representation of the soul. Fire (energy) is a representation of the Perfected Will. Perfected Will is the conscious control of thoughts, words and actions used to transform humans to a higher state of existence. This is symbolized by the shaping of the rough stone by the working tools into a perfect stone.

Sublimation then is not just a chemical process (transforming solid matter in to gases) but it is the process being raised from a physical state to a spiritual state. Many examples of this process can be found in the Book of Law:

• Jesus’ transfiguration
• Enoch walked with God and was no more
• Elijah taken up in the whirlwind.

The password of a Master Mason is a worker of metals; not jus a blacksmith but also a chemist, an alchemist. Sublimation is specifically an alchemical word. Alchemy is the practice of turning lead into gold. Most people confuse this with something of monetary value (metals). They tried to become rich by bringing their lead to the Alchemist.

Although the Alchemist does work with a soft gray base metal and transforms it into a soft golden perfect metal, it is not the chemicals of lead (Pb.) or gold (Au.) that he uses. Like the Alchemist, the Master Mason transformation is from a physical state to a spiritual state. He sublimates. He transforms his material into a white stone or Philosopher’s stone. The secret of the Philosopher’s stone can be found in the Holy Royal Arch degrees.

These are just some of the symbols that are present in our work and labor. I challenge you as Master Masons to explore and internalize them so that your length, width and breadth may be square; fitted for that unseen Temple.

Today, we live in a society of emotional turmoil. There is more focus on emotional behavior and psychological conditions of the body now than at any time in our history. The oils help support the body in minimizing the acid that is created so that it does not initiate a reaction with the transcript enzyme.

Because essential oils affect the amygdala and pineal gland in the brain, they can help the mind and body by releasing emotional trauma and sharpening focus.

The Scarab Brooch

At first, an interpretation of the symbolic significance of the brooch is unremarkable; the component parts of the brooch spell the name of Neb-khepru-Re ('The lordly manifestation of Re') (figure 74b). However, on closer examination we note that three parallel bars, at the tail end of the scarab, are not proportionately spaced (figure 74c). The distance from the outer edges of the bars to the centre line of the crescent disc measures the same, but the distance between the inside edge of each bar varies to the centre line. Despite this, the brooch itself 'appears' to contain symmetry between left and right halves - indeed, there are 183 inlaid stones contained in each wing, 366 in total, representing the number of days in a leap year. But closer inspection of the stones reveals that symmetry does not exist between the arrays of stones in opposing wings (figures 74d and 75e).

The next point to note is the number of stones contained between gaps in the feathers on each wing. These have been labeled a-g (left wing) and a-f (right wing) and, additionally, r-z on the left and r-z on the right. The total number of stones now amounts to 197 (see boxed figures 74e).
Figure 74f shows the scarab pushing the solar disc. The disc contains 360 degrees. The total number of inlaid stones (figure 74d and 74e) amounts to 397; 397-360 = 37 (figure 74g), which is astronomically significant, big the duration, in days, of one revolution of the sun's polar magnetic field. Here, the 360-degree movement of the earth around the sun is emphasized, together with the revolutionary period of the sun's polar cap. It is the movement of the cap, in relation to the movement of the sun's equator, which causes radiation of the solar wind, which impinges on the earth.

This allows access to another layer of information that takes place between the sun and earth. The magnetic fields of the sun and earth are clear, as is the bow shock that results from the interaction of the solar wind on the earth's magnetic shield, the magnetosphere. This interpretation is further supported by examination of the numerical errors contained in the arrays of stones on opposing wings (figure 73).

Here, the differences between amounts listed in the columns is noted and tabulated beneath 'error columns' a, b, c and d. The totals of these columns amounts to 1, 1 and 1, 1.

Several of the columns agree in numbers:

Eleven jade beads were discovered in the stone chest at the bottom of the secret stairway inside the Temple of Inscriptions in Palenque. There are 71 beads in the top two tiers of the necklace that Lord Pacal wore around his neck. In The Supergods (by author) it was shown that both these numbers are astronomically significant: 11 x 71 = 781, the number of calibration divisions in one sunspot cycle; 11 x 71 x 87.4545 = 68,302 days = one (187 - year) sunspot cycle. After 20 of these the sun's magnetic field changes direction, affecting fertility on earth. Here, the scarab brooch of Tutankhamun contains the same numerical code: indeed, the figures appear twice - 11 x 71; 11 x 71 - just in case we missed them the first time around.

The brooch therefore contains several layers of encoded information:

i. The name of Tutankhamun, Neb-khepru-Re.
ii. The number of stones in the feathers adds up to 366, the number of days in one leap year.
iii. The rotational period of the sun's polar caps amounts to 37 days.
iv. Magnetic interaction takes place between the sun and earth.
v. The sun emits particles, the solar wind, which bombard the earth, causing distortion to the earth's magnetic shield, the magnetosphere.
vi. The figures of 11 and 71 are in some way astrologically significant, confirming that the duration of the sunspot cycle amounts to 68,302 days (11 x 71 x 87.4545).

Now I realize that the title might be a little misleading, but its not. George Washington was obsessed with the Virgin Mary.

One of the purposes of Masonic Initiation is to teach you how to dream better dreams. George Washington went on to use this knowledge throughout his career. Masonry taught him that people become great not by what they do with their bodies, but by what they are inspired to do with their minds.

The very position of Washington betrays this importance because the District of Columbia stands on the dividing line between Maryland and Virginia. Maryland derived its name from queen Henrietta Maria, the wife of King Charles I, whilst Virginia was named after Queen Elizabeth I, the Virgin Queen. However, this apposition of 'Mary' and the "Virgin' symbolized the Christian character most closely associated with the zodiac sign of Virgo and ultimately therefore Demeter, Isis and the Shekinah--'brides of God'. The meaning of the ancient name of Jerusalem tells us unequivocally that it was founded with Venus in mind. According to tradition its high sanctuary was the spot where Abraham prepared to sacrifice his son, and where Solomon built the Temple that is aligned to the pre-dawn rising of that planet. We also know from our study of Groved Ware structures of the British Isles that the period of the Venus cycle is forty years - a number which we now noticed seemed to be of great importance in the Bible.

The Birth of US Occurred Two Days Earlier...Are you Sirius?

The Declaration of Independence of the United States occurred by design (not an accident) to coincide with the helical rising of the star Sirius. In other words, the star Sirius was rising on the horizon at the same time the Sun was rising in the east. (See my previous note, George Washington Obsession with Virgins, regarding the importance of rising planets or stars with the Sun.)

It's widely known that George Washington, Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson were astrologers. Washington pasted planetary rising information from an almanac in his diary for 13 years. Franklin's Poor Richard's Almanac proves his astrological predilections. Jefferson's contribution to start the Library of Congress included many books of astrological significance.

Washington and Franklin are proven Masons. Jefferson, while not proven, is considered to be a Mason based on his writings and ideas which reek of Masonic overtones. Franklin and Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence. If you know the history of this document then you realize that the actually Declaration (verbal agreement) occurred on July 2, 1776. This is confirmed by the writings of John Adams:
"The Second Day of July 1776, will be the most memorable Epoca, in the History of America. -- I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated by succeeding Generations, as the great anniversary Festival. (From a letter by John Adams to his wife dated July 3, 1776.)"

"Of course, John Adams was to be disappointed, and it is the supposed signing of the Declaration of Independence two days later which is now the "great anniversary Festival."

On July 4th, the document was signed ONLY by the president of Congress and the secretary. It would be weeks before the rest of the signers would affix their names to the Declaration of Independence.

"On that day, Congress agreed to the wording of the Declaration, and it was then signed by the president of Congress, John Hancock, who was a Mason, and the secretary of Congress, Charles Thompson. My own calculations differ mathematically but the results are essentially the same. If you look at the two chart cast that I cast (Declaration of Independence Verbal and Declaration of Independence Written) you will see that Sirius was 10 degrees 59 minutes in Cancer on both days. The Sun on the Verbal day was at 10 degrees 54 minutes , only 4 minutes away from serious. The Sun on the Written day was at 12 degrees 49 minutes. Clearly the Sun moved away from conjunction with Sirius on this day.

What you don’t know

So I’m having a conversation on facebook last night about Christianity and the early church.  I offer that “True” Christianity is different from what we have to day.  I also offer the suggestion of reading The Hiram Key by Robert Lomas & Chris Knight.  A gentleman (I’ll call him Mark Den), proceeds to counter me.  Not sure what his position was; except that I didn’t know what I was talking about because he has “half a library” of books on the topic.  He then proceeded to suggest a writer to me that would make me “better off” than what I was recommending to him, which he hadn’t read.   How often is it that we think we know so much about something, when in reality we haven’t even come close to ascertaining its true nature.  The person upon whose facebook page, was commenting on the subject equally.  I posted a link for everyone to check out (the same one above).  What Mark Den doesn’t realize is that trying to understand any religion without taking into account its esoteric history and esoteric symbolism is like trying to study it in a vacuum.  The information that most scholars provide in their books doesn’t take this into account because usually they don’t know anything about the deeper side, they deem it as unimportant  or insignificant.  Anyway, I tried to be as pleasant as possible.

It must be remember that Jesus was a Hebrew not a Roman.  His church beginnings and teachings have their origin with the Hebrew’s Canaanite religion and not Roman’s Mithra religion.  The Mithra part, which is what we are practicing today, was superimposed upon the Canaanite story.  Now if you don’t know this and you are writing a book about early church development, you are completely way off. Here’s an example of esoteric history that is important to early church development.

Basically, not only is Jesus NOT a name (its a title), there were two Messiahs.  Jewish law required it. Heck, Hebrew law, Canaanite Law, Egyptian Law and Sumerian Law required it!  This is the reason that in Freemasonry, reverence is paid to two pillars:  Boaz and Jachin.

“The early Jerusalem Church established by Jesus and James seemed to have died out almost completely with the destruction of the Temple in 70 AD and so in order to attempt to recreate the thinking of those Church founders we went back to investigate the origins of religion in the land of Sumer. Here we found precursors of the Old Testament Creation myths and the story of the origins of Moses but most importantly we found the first references to the Pillar as a link between man and God. Tracing this myth down through Egypt we found that it formed part of the creation myth of the Two Lands of Egypt and was used as part of the kingmaking ritual of Egypt in ensure the stability of the Kingdom under the lintel of God.

From the story of Abraham we found that he had arrived in Egypt during the time of the Hyksos invasion, when Egypt's original kings were confined as puppet rulers in Thebes. Looking closely at Egyptian records, Masonic ritual and legend, and the Book of Genesis we found the very odd story of the resurgence of the New Kingdom, when the Hyksos were driven out of Egypt and the Theban Kings restored. We also found that the origins of the story of Hiram Abif, the hero of the main Masonic myth, could be explained by the circumstances of the death of Seqeuenre Tao II. Here, we believe, was the origin of the Masonic living resurrection story which the Knights Templar had rediscovered from the Qumran Scrolls.

We could now easily trace the story of the two pillars down through the line of Moses via Gideon, Abimelech and Samson to the establishment of Boaz and Jachin outside the original Temple of Solomon.

By studying the writings of Ezekiel we found how the Egyptian king making rituals of the line of David had been fully converted to the service of Yahweh, by the Jews during the Babylonian Captivity. From Ezekiel's writings about the building of a spiritual temple we discovered the main preoccupation of the Essenes, who founded the Qumran Community, even their name, in Arabic Qumran, translated as the people of the two pillars and the arch. The concept of the two pillars of the Jewish faith, the Kingly Messiah (Mispat) of the line of David and the Priestly Messiah (Tsedeq) of the line of Levi working together to support the lintel of Yahweh to ensure the establishment of the Kingdom of God (Shalom) in Israel became very clear.

Using this knowledge we were able to reconstruct the period of Jesus' attempt to establish an independent Jewish state as the Kingly Pillar to John the Baptist's Priestly Pillar. After the execution of John, Jesus took on both roles and but met with opposition from his brother James. We rebuilt their story from Jewish sources as far as the crucifixion of Jesus and the speech of James immediately afterwards.

At this point Paul attempted to take over the followers of Jesus and James to found his own religion based largely on the mystery cult of Mithra but drawing on some of the spiritual heritage of James and his followers. The strong opposition of James to the Macabees lead to his killing when he, like his brother before him, tried to take control of the Temple. The resultant uprising ended with the destruction of the Herod's Temple and the eventual wiping out of the Qumran based Judaism at Masada. The 'Assumption of Moses' gave clear instructions that the most important scrolls and tithed treasure of the group were to buried under the Temple. The Copper scroll gave an inventory of what was buried where, it was made of copper so that it could be cleansed before handling by a priest when the treasures were recovered at some future date. With the destruction of the followers of James there was nobody left to contradict the misinterpretations of Paul. “

Conclusion: 

There’s a lot of stuff we don’t know.  Sometimes we stand on our opinions as if their built on rocks, but this is a fallacy because opinions are built upon sand.  When someone is offering assistance, we sometimes think that they are trying to hurt us and not help us.  We argue them up and down about how right we are; meanwhile the foundation of our opinion is collapsing because new facts are constantly being discovered.  If we listen to each other, we might just learn something.

Secret of All Secrets

ONE. Take One and Square it (multiply one by one).  Take the square and double it. Bisect this rectangle (of your doubled cube) from corner to corner. Divide this length in half.  You now have square root of five divided by two. Now subtract one-half of your original ONE and thus you have the ratio of life: (Square root of 5 minus one)divided by 2. AKA Phi. From DNA to plant growth to reproduction of rabbits to the proportions of man's limbs & digits to the distribution of stars around the Milky Way this mathematical expressed geometric infinite constant pattern can be found!
